Yes. You can change your plan in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Because the billing interval changes, the prorated amount and next billing date may also change. Review the amount and billing date shown before confirming.

Your receipt is sent to the email address used at checkout. You can also review orders and receipts in My Orders.

Use the email address from your purchase to open My Orders and view the license key issued with your order.

Each subscription allows the license to be active on one Mac at a time, so it cannot be used on multiple Macs simultaneously. On your current Mac, open BeatScreen and choose “Deactivate License on This Mac” from the app menu, then confirm with “Deactivate.” This locks exporting on that Mac and frees the activation. On the new Mac, open BeatScreen, choose “Activate License…” from the app menu, and enter the same license key.

Lemon Squeezy’s customer portal does not let you deactivate an activated Mac yourself. If the activation limit blocks your new Mac, email [email protected] from the purchase email address with your order number. We will verify the purchase and reset the old activation. Do not include the full license key.

Refund requests and other purchase matters are handled under the Lemon Squeezy buyer terms and its support process. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
